The mission of Fasm Creative Battle is to encourage Modesto to become more art focused. Public art creates a new identity for communities, fostering new pride as well as a sense of belonging and ownership.  It activates spaces by making them more beautiful and interesting. Murals increase commerce in areas where art is prolific by attracting more patrons to shop and play. They provide opportunities for all sorts of community engagement. Public art encourages creative expression which draws creatives to plants roots and develop a culture of new creative solutions. There is so much talent in our city! It's time to celebrate and support that creativity, and these events help jump-start that momentum with the showcasing of world renowned mural artists. This is your opportunity to be a part of a local and world-wide movement!

To date there have been 6 Fasm Creative Battles which then morphed into DoMo Walls. I'm still open to continuing the battles when the right opportunity arises.
